At this time, we do not offer firing services for non-students/non-members. Please send us an email at info@feldsparceramics.com and we will notify you if this service becomes available in the future.
In order to be eligible for membership, you will need to take at least 2 classes with us where you will learn the fundamentals of pottery, studio operations, and safety. This requirement may be waived for those with prior pottery experience who are able to demonstrate their skills. Send us an email at info@feldsparceramics.com for more details!
Unless otherwise noted, all classes and workshops take place at our studio which is located at 1390 Gerrard St East, Toronto, Ontario. Our community studio members' space is also located at the same address.
There is plenty of street parking available on Gerrard St East as well as surrounding streets. Our studio is very accessible via transit: the 506 Carlton streetcar stops right in front of the studio on Gerrard St E at Woodfield Rd, alternatively you can take the 22 Coxwell or 31 Greenwood from Line 2. There is a bike lane on Woodfield Rd, so cycling is a great option as well.
Each student will be given access to our studio towels to use during class time. We do not provide aprons. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes that you don't mind getting clay on.
