refund policy

Thank you for choosing Feldspar Ceramics. Please review our refund and class attendance policies before registering for a course or workshop.

 

All Courses and workshops Are Non-Refundable

All course registrations are non-refundable. Once you register and payment has been received, we are unable to provide refunds or credits for cancellations.

 

Missed Classes or workshops

There are no partial refunds or credits for missed classes or workshops, regardless of the reason for the absence.

 

Makeup Classes

While makeup classes are not guaranteed, we will do our best to accommodate one makeup class per session when possible.

To request a makeup class, please notify us at least 7 days in advance. Makeup arrangements are subject to availability and may not always be possible.

 

Class or workshop Rescheduling

A minimum number of students is required for each class or workshop to run. If registration does not reach the required minimum, Feldspar Ceramics reserves the right to reschedule the class/workshop.

If we need to reschedule a class/workshop due to insufficient enrollment, we will contact registered students with information about the new date (if applicable) and available options.
