1. purchasing your open studio package

  • You will have two months from the time of the purchase of your package to use-up all the sessions. 

  • If you haven’t purchased a new session package within two months of your last studio session, we’ll reach out to you to confirm whether you intend to continue in the program. 

  • If at any point, you plan to be away for longer than two months, please let us know. We’re happy to discuss options for placing your membership on hold.

1. create a membership account

  1. Go to the Membership > Members Area page from the homepage.

  2. You will be asked to sign up for an account. Choose one of the options to create an account (Sign up with Google, Sign up with Facebook or Sign up with email).

  3. Once you create an account, we need to approve your request on our end. Once approved, you'll receive a confirmation email. You will be using the same login info to purchase an open studio package and to book your sessions in the future so please save it in a secure place.

2. log in and purchase package

  1. Go to the Membership > Members Area page from the homepage.

  2. If not logged in, log in with the username and password you selected when creating your membership account. 

  3. After you're logged in, you should see the subscription page with two options. Please select the Open Studio Package option ($220). 

  4. Proceed with checkout steps and finalize your purchase.

2. booking your open studio session

Booking Policy

  • Open Studio times are Tuesdays from 6-9 pm, Fridays from 12-3 pm and 3-6 pm and on Saturdays 1-4 pm

  • The booking calendar for each week of Open Studio sessions opens at 12:01 AM on the Sunday of the week prior to the session and closes at 11:59 PM on the Friday of that week (see calendar example below). Any bookings made outside this time frame will be cancelled.

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

  • We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any rescheduling or cancellation. Bookings rescheduled less than 24 hours before the start time will not be refunded.

  • Rescheduling Window: A rescheduled session must be within the current booking window. If you need to reschedule a session outside the current window, you must cancel the existing session and wait for the next booking window to open to ensure fair access for all members. 

  • Emergency Exception: In the case of an emergency, please contact us directly so we can discuss an arrangement.

  1. Download "Spaces" app (Members App by Wix) from App Store or Google Play Store.

  2. After the app is installed, tap "Open" directly from the App/Google Play Store or find the Spaces icon on your home screen and tap it.

  3. Tap “Sign Up” on the home screen to create a new account. Although you're signing up for a new account, it is important that you use the same email and password you used to purchase your membership from the website. After this, it might ask you to re-enter your membership acount's password. 

  4. Once you are logged in, click "Join with a Code" and enter the code SZJ7QL. This should successfully take you to the Feldspar Ceramics Members site and on the Home Page you'll see the booking calendar. 

  5. Click "Book" for the time slot you want to book (Open Studio times are Tuesdays from 6-9 pm, Fridays from 12-3 pm and 3-6 pm and on Saturdays 1-4 pm. )
